Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed!You may return your purchase for any reason. We will refund the entire purchase price. You will only pay for shipping each direction. We simply ask that you contact us before returning anything so that we can give you instructions. Read the Merchandise Return Policy below.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Personal Checks, and Money Orders. Please note that if you are paying by personal check or e-check via PayPal, your order may be delayed for up to 10 days until the check has cleared. Payment can be mailed to the address below.
Shipping U.S. Sales Only! Shipping is only available to the lower 48 U.S. states. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.
Shipping Time. Item location and destination, the particular time of year, and various other factors affect shipment time. Please be assured that we process orders promptly and will inform you of any delays in the normal process. Tracking information will be provided when avaialable. Items normally arrive in 5-10 business days
Damaged Merchandise. If you received a damaged item, you must inform the delivery service. Please call them as soon as possible after you have identified any problem. If there is visible damage to the shipping container, the delivery service representative will need to see that. Damage caused by a delivery service is the responsiblity of that delivery service.
Merchandise Return Policy. Refunds are only available for 30 days from the ship date. You must contact us for instructions. We suggest e-mailing the refund request to returns@sinclairsound.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field). We must assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and this must be marked on the outside of the package. Packages sent to us without this number may be returned to you without action. If you receive a different different than the one you ordered, we apologize and will strive to make it right. However, we will require you to return (at our expense) the product you received in it's original condition. The returned package must contain: · All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.). · Original packaging. · Original invoice or receipt.
Once you have received an RMA number from Sinclair Sound:
- Write the Return Authorization Number near the shipping label on the shipping container.
- Keep your mailing receipt and other relevant documentation for proof of shipment in the event that the returned merchandise is lost or damaged. You should insure the shipment if you either use USPS or the value is over $100. Sinclair Sound is not responsible for returned merchandise until it reaches our returns department.
- Ship the item to the return address we e-mail you. This may or may not be the same as the contact address at the bottom of this page.
Shipping Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE unless we've made an error. Except in case of extraordinary circumstances, such as the wrong item being shipped, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. This includes refused shipments (even if not refused by you personally). Sinclair Sound is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to product defects, shipping errors, or other errors. The limit of our liability is any replacement cost for relevant items which you've purchased from Sinclair Sound.
